The centre conducts and facilitates original, interdisciplinary, and scientific research that is published in various formats. Research is developed and conducted by the centre’s hub of scholars, fellows, and network, and aims to deepen our understanding of the centre’s thematic programmes, as well as inform public debate and public policy.
The centre’s team develops mapping exercises based on original typologies, as well as data and info viz. These can rely on quantitative and qualitative data, and aim to provide additional insights and complement the centre’s qualitative analysis. They include interactive geographical maps, charts, timelines, as well as data visualisations and infographics based on data trends and research findings.
Research is organised in thematic axes to facilitate content organisation and readers’ browsing experience. Publications that address cross-cutting themes are listed under all corresponding themes.
The centre publishes calls for contributions and fellowships regularly. This section aggregates the centre’s calls in addition to other newsletter bulletins and event summaries.
On 01 Oct 17, unidentified assailants broke into an electronics repair store in Srifa, South Lebanon and robbed it. They escaped with thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment.
