Masked armed persons broke on Saturday dawn into Deputy Parliament Speaker, MP Farid Makari's residence in Anfeh, stole two guns and fled.
The field reporter added that the armed persons hit the guards at the entrance of the residence and tied them before breaking into Makari's house.
Security Forces attended the place and opened investigation into the incident.
