Aa group of citizens joined a motorcade and opened random fire in the air in the regions of Al-Chouf, Barouk, and Mukhtara. An Army force immediately intervened and arrested 25 cars and 57 people involved in these acts. The Army force also seized weapons and ammunition in their possession.
Detainees and seized possessions have been handed over to the competent court. Meanwhile, an investigation has been initiated.”
