Syrian man arrested after stabbing in Bir Hasan

A Syrian man was arrested and confessed Monday to stabbing another Syrian man to death in Bir Hasan, according to a statement by the Internal Security Forces.

The stabbing was a result of a previous dispute in Idlib between the family of the perpetrator, identified as R.Kh. and born in 1996, and the family of the victim, identified as H.B. and born in 1997.

R.Kh. fled the scene of the crime, but was caught within 72 hours after a raid in Saadiyat. The perpetrator confessed to stabbing the victim six times with a knife, which the ISF later retrieved near the Kuwaiti Embassy.
